Payments
We accept major debit and credit cards, FPX online banking, and popular e-wallets. Manage your saved methods from your account settings.
Minimums vary by restaurant. Any minimum is shown clearly on the restaurant's page before you check out.
Yes - refunds are available for cancelled, missing or incorrect orders. Contact us with your order details and we'll sort it out.
Account & Login
Tap "Login / Sign Up" in the top navigation, switch to the Sign Up tab and fill in your details. It takes a minute.
On the login screen, select "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email. We'll send you reset instructions.
Yes - you can update your email from your account settings once you're logged in.
Restaurant Partners
Send us a message through the Contact page with your restaurant name and operating hours, and our partnerships team will follow up.
We charge a small commission per order, with no upfront listing fees. Full details are shared during onboarding.
